目的:了解海淀区托幼园所工作人员妇科健康状况,加强健康检查工作,确保在园儿童健康。方法:采用时间序列比较法对海淀区托幼园所2005～2008年工作人员健康检查检出的599例阴道炎结果进行分析。结果:4年间检出霉菌性阴道炎456例,其检出率为1.68%,滴虫性阴道炎143例,其检出率为0.53%。婚姻状况、年龄、季节及从业时间与两种阴道炎的感染有一定的相关性。结论:进一步做好托幼园所工作人员健康检查工作,积极开展青春期及育龄期健康教育,提高其自身的保健意识。
Objective: To understand the gynecological health status of staff in the nursery school in Haidian District, strengthen the health checkup work and ensure the health of children in the park. Methods: The time series comparison method was used to analyze the results of 599 cases of vaginitis detected by staff health examination in 2005-2008 nursery school in Haidian District. Results: 456 cases of mycotic vaginitis were detected in 4 years. The detection rate was 1.68%. 143 cases of trichomonas vaginitis were detected, the detection rate was 0.53%. Marital status, age, season and practice time were associated with two types of vaginitis infection. Conclusion: To do a better job in the health check-ups of nurseries and kindergartens staff, and actively carry out adolescent and child-rearing health education to enhance their own health awareness.
