我执教39年，其中担任学校主要领导30年，担任班主任33年，在担 任学校主要领导期间仍有25年是同时兼任班主任的，曾评为全国优秀班主任。在长期的班主 任工作实践中，我体会最深的一点，就是正人先正己，育人先育心。也就是说，班主任要为 人师表、言传身教，用自己的人格魅力
