神经生长因子 (NGF)是神经系统中最重要的生物活性分子之一 ,对神经细胞的生存、生长分化及功能维持有着重要的作用[1] 。神经生长因子对周围神经病变治疗报道较多 ,而对中枢神经病变治疗的报道较少 ,对于糖尿病性脑血管疾病的治疗国内尚未见报道。本文对我科应用NGF治疗糖尿病
Nerve growth factor (NGF) is one of the most important bioactive molecules in the nervous system and plays an important role in the survival, growth differentiation and function maintenance of nerve cells [1]. Nerve growth factor treatment of peripheral neuropathy more reported, and less treatment of central neuropathy reported less for the treatment of diabetic cerebrovascular disease has not been reported in China. This article applies NGF to our department to treat diabetes mellitus
