2006年11月9日,在我的家乡(Zandhoven-比利时-欧洲),我有幸接待了由范伟民先生(中国《雕塑》杂志社社长,中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会常务副会长)带队的中国雕塑家访问团。那是一个阳光明媚的秋日,树叶金黄,在欢快幽默的氛围中,我们友好地交流着,在交流的过程中,大家对我的艺术作品、书、标志、海报等产生了极大的兴趣,尤其是我的雕塑。雕塑家阎淑芬教授担负起了双方之间介绍、沟通的任务,她已经在比利时,更确切地说是在安特卫普生活了10余年。安特卫普是一个享誉世界的艺术之都(在钻石贸易、商业艺术、博物馆、巧克力制作等方面享有盛名),也是世界上第二重要的港口(由于它的集装箱运输业务以及它和中国的紧密合作关系)。
On November 9, 2006, in my hometown (Zandhoven - Belgium - Europe), I was honored to be led by Mr. Fan Weimin (president of China Sculpture magazine and executive vice president of Sculpture Committee of China Arts and Crafts Institute) Chinese sculptor delegation. It was a sunny autumn day with golden leaves. In a cheerful and humorous atmosphere, we had friendly exchanges. During the exchange, everyone was greatly interested in my works of art, books, signs, posters, etc. Especially my sculpture. Professor Yan Shufen sculptor took on the task of introducing and communicating between the two sides. She has lived in Belgium for more than 10 years, or rather in Antwerp. Antwerp is a world-renowned art capital (prestigious in diamond trade, commercial art, museums, chocolate making, etc.) and the second most important port in the world (thanks to its container shipping business and its close cooperation with China ).
