无公害蔬菜又称绿色蔬菜,是指商品蔬菜在生产过程中受化肥、农药以及工业三废等污染,在其体内直接或间接残留的有毒物质低于国际或国家卫生组织规定的含量标准。生产无公害蔬菜是今后蔬菜发展的趋势,现将其生产技术要点介绍如下:
