一九八○年六月八日至十三日,美国石油地质学家协会(AAPG)第六十五届年会在美国科罗拉多州丹佛市举行,与其同时联合举行的还有美国经济古生物学家和矿物学家学会(SEPM)第五十四届年会、AAPG 能源矿物分会(EMD)年会.到会代表八千余人.我国地质部和石油部应邀派出关士聪、郭正吾、谢展、唐智等四人参加了会议,受到热烈欢迎.
From June 8 to June 8, 1980, the 65th annual meeting of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) took place in Denver, Colorado. In conjunction with this, there was also the American Economic Paleontologist And the 54th Annual Meeting of the Society of Mineralogy (SEPM), the annual meeting of the AAPG Energy and Minerals Branch (EMD), with more than 8,000 delegates to attend the meeting.China’s Geology Department and the Ministry of Petroleum were invited to send Kuan Shi Cong, Guo Zhengwu, Xie Zhan, Tang Chi and other four people attended the meeting and were warmly welcomed.
