2010年,在广东省委常委、副省长肖志恒的支持下,广东省档案局对全省135名市县档案局(馆)主要领导分两批在省委党校进行了集中培训,有效地提高了这批干部的执行力和综合素质。培训班的成功举办,为我省今后拓展档案干部教育培训领域、深化档案干部教育培训改革积累了丰富的经验。本次培训得到受训学员的广泛好评和充分肯定,大部分学员在培训结束前提交了一篇与档案工作相关的论文或心得体会。现从中择选两篇心得体会刊登,以供交流。
In 2010, under the support of Xiao Zhiheng, member of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and vice governor, Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Archives conducted intensive training on provincial leaders of Party committees and schools in 135 batches of provincial archives Improve the implementation of these cadres and overall quality. The success of the training course has accumulated rich experience for the province in the future to expand the field of file cadre education and training, and deepen the reform of file cadre education and training.
