作为原子能装置材料的低硼铝中硼含量需要严格控制,通常采用甲醇蒸馏-姜黄素比色法测定,但分析步骤冗长,显色条件又难掌握。我们在前人工作的基础上,采用次甲基蓝萃取比色法对低硼铝中痕量硼的测定进行了试验。表明:用易提纯的硫酸和氢氟酸于65℃恒温水浴上保持40分钟分解试样,可使硼完全转化为 BF_4~-而不挥发损失;控制酸度在约1.5N 用1,2-二氯乙烷萃取硼与次甲基蓝形成的蓝绿色离子缔合物,再用0.0001M 次甲基蓝溶液洗涤有机相一
Boron content in low boron and aluminum as an atomic energy device material needs to be strictly controlled, usually by methanol distillation - curcumin colorimetric method, but the analysis step is lengthy and the color condition is hard to grasp. Based on the work of our predecessors, we conducted a test on the determination of trace boron in low-boron-aluminum using methylene blue extraction colorimetric method. The results showed that using pure purified sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid to decompose the sample for 40 minutes in 65 ℃ constant temperature water bath can completely convert the boron to BF 4 - without loss of volatility; controlling the acidity to about 1.5N with 1,2-bis Chloroethane extraction of boron and methylene blue blue-green ion-association, and then 0.0001M methylamine blue solution was washed with an organic phase
