目的了解三门核电站毗邻区域居民在核电站运行前的晨尿放射性核素水平。方法收集三门核电站30 km范围内属于宁波市辖区的90名常住居民晨尿样本,分别检测~3H和~(137)Cs水平,分析人体放射性核素水平的影响因素。结果 90名居民晨尿中未检出~(137)Cs,~3H平均浓度(1.27±0.65)Bq/L;不同职业和年龄居民晨尿3H水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),≥60岁者及工人晨尿3H的浓度相对较高;Pearson相关分析显示,年龄和3H监测结果呈正相关(r=0.247,P=0.019)。结论三门湾宁波区域常住居民在核电站运行前的晨尿放射性核素水平处于本底背景值。
Objectives To understand the morning urine radionuclide levels of residents in the adjacent Sanmen Nuclear Power Station before the operation of the nuclear power station. Methods Morning urine samples from 90 permanent residents belonging to Ningbo city within 30 km of Sanmen NPP were collected and the levels of ~ 3H and 137 Cs were measured to analyze the influencing factors of human radionuclide levels. Results There was no ~ (137) Cs and ~ 3H average concentration (1.27 ± 0.65) Bq / L in morning urine of 90 residents. The morning urine urinary 3H levels of residents of different occupations and ages were significantly different (P <0.05) The morning urine concentration of 3H in 60-year-olds and workers was relatively high. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between age and 3H monitoring (r = 0.247, P = 0.019). Conclusions The morning urine concentration of the resident residents in Sanmen Bay in the region before the operation of the nuclear power station is at the background background.
