建筑工程预结算是决定和控制工程项目投资的重要措施和手段,是进行招标、考核企业经营管理水平的依据,是项目投标标准的重要手段,也是工程前期和后期工程造价的考核依据。目前,国内在工程预结算管理工作中,仍然存在理论研究较少、管理制度相对落后、难以实现全面管理等一些具体问题,而这些问题又都是工程预结算管理工作必须及时改进和完善的,本文就如何加强工程预结算管理工作进行了探讨。
The pre-settlement of construction projects is an important measure and means to decide and control the investment of engineering projects. It is the basis for bidding and assessment of the operation and management level of enterprises. It is also an important means of project bidding standards and also the basis for project cost assessment in the early and later stages of construction. At present, there are still some specific problems such as less theoretical research, relative backwardness of management system and comprehensive management in project pre-settlement management in China, which are all problems that must be improved and perfected in time. This article discusses how to strengthen the project pre-settlement management.
