为了快速响应企业要求,解决复杂装配产品的变型设计问题,将全息建模的概念引入到铸造起重机快速设计系统中。基于全息模型产品的多样化、集成化等特点,详述了系统的设计方案、功能信息、结构信息以及产品的快速设计流程,研究了实现系统的重要参数化技术、模块化技术等关键技术。开发了基于模板的小车架快速设计系统,完善了铸造起重机的快速设计系统,达到了将装配模型的变型设计应用于系列产品快速开发的目的。
In order to respond quickly to business requirements and solve the problem of variant design of complex assembly products, the concept of holographic modeling was introduced into the casting crane rapid design system. Based on the characteristics of diversification and integration of holographic model products, the design scheme, function information, structure information and rapid design flow of the system are described in details. The key technologies to realize the system, such as the important parametric technology and modular technology are studied. The rapid design system of the small frame based on the template was developed and the rapid design system of the foundry crane was perfected so that the variant design of the assembly model was applied to the rapid development of the series of products.
