我们一般习惯将跳远的技术分为助跑、起跳、腾空和落地几个部分,而腾空又分为蹲踞式、挺身式和走步式技术。青少年运动员在跳远技术的练习过程中每个技术环节都可能出现问题,下面就以上各技术环节容易出现的问题、产生的原因及纠正的方法进行一下总结。
