随着剖宫产在临床上的应用和近年来医疗卫生的发展进步,越来越多的产妇选择剖宫产作为分娩方式,近年来剖宫产率呈现出明显的上升趋势,已经引起了临床上的重视[1]。过多的产妇选择剖宫产导致手术指征发生了变化,已经逐渐从医学指征的选择转变为产妇及其家属主动、坚决要求的社会指征,这也是导致近年剖宫产率上升的主要因素。本文通过对我院近年来的相关数据进行了回顾性分析,提出一些意见和建议,现报道如下。
