目的分析内蒙古预防接种异常反应作中存在的问题,提出对策及建议。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测信息管理系统收集2009-2012年10月内蒙古报告及处理的AEFI个案进行统计与分析。结果对AEFI监测意识不够,监测指标未完成,在AEFI报告、诊断分类、数据利用、调查及补偿中均存在问题。结论需要通过加强培训、扩大宣传、考核与督导等措施推动AEFI工作不断进步。
Objective To analyze the problems existing in the abnormal reaction of vaccination in Inner Mongolia, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Methods AEFI monitoring information management system was used to collect and analyze the AEFI cases reported and processed in Inner Mongolia from October 2009 to October 2012 for statistics and analysis. Results Awareness of the monitoring of AEFI is not enough monitoring indicators are not completed, there are problems in the AEFI report, diagnostic classification, data utilization, investigation and compensation. Conclusion It is necessary to promote AEFI’s work through measures such as training, publicity, assessment and supervision.
