近期我部组织了下半夜飞行训练。下半夜飞行对身体的影响主要是昼夜节律的紊乱,使睡眠一觉醒时相颠倒,睡眠数量、质量下降,甚至睡眠丧失。人体一天中工作能力的低谷也正好处在凌晨3:00左右。由于上述原因,机体产生许多明显不适,如眼睛发涩、困倦、精神不振。此时人对外界的适应能力下降,易导致飞行疲劳与错觉,故相应的航卫保障显得尤为重要。现就下半夜飞行训练的特点和航卫保障经验总结如下,供同行参考。
