中国石油和化学工业联合会在10月26～27日召开的“十二五”规划交流会暨四季度专业协会联系会议上,就石化行业“十二五”节能、环保、科技等专项规划和氮肥、农药、氯碱等子行业的发展规划方案进行了交流。本刊征得同意,整理摘要了部分发言交流的内容,以供读者参考。
