本文通过三维光弹性实验,对海洋石油钴井平台T型管接头的应力进行了分析,给出了弦管和支管的内外壁应力分布及应力集中系数,并与有限元计算以及其它计算结果进行了比较,有较好的一致性。
In this paper, the three-dimensional photoelastic experiment is used to analyze the stress of the T-shaped pipe joint of offshore cobalt oil well platform. The stress distribution and stress concentration coefficient of the inner and outer walls of the chord pipe and branch pipe are given. The results are compared with the finite element method and other calculation results For comparison, there is better consistency.
