研究了Cr12MoV钢激光淬火层的组织。结果表明,激光淬火层的晶粒细小,马氏体由细小碎化的板条马氏体和片状马氏体组成;残余奥氏体分布在马氏体间和未溶碳化物周围;马氏体和残余奥氏体间符合西山关系。和基体相比激光淬火层具有很高的硬度和较好的韧性。
The microstructure of laser quenched layer of Cr12MoV steel was studied. The results show that the grain size of the laser quenched layer is fine, the martensite is composed of finely ground lath martensite and lamellar martensite, and the residual austenite is distributed around martensite and undissolved carbides. Between the body and the residual austenite meet the relationship between the Western Hills. Compared with the matrix laser quenched layer has a high hardness and good toughness.
