档案工作是一项重要的基础性工作,它既是经济社会各方面的文字载体,同时也承载着文化与文明的传承。在当前时期,对于档案工作存在着一定的偏见与误区,没有充分认识到档案工作的重要性与不可或缺性,更没有体现对于从事档案管理工作干部队伍的重视与培养,一定程度上影响了档案工作的发展进步。由此,我们应当重新审视档案工作的重要地位,加强档案工作干部队伍建设和培养,探索和运用档案工作先进经验与创新途径,充分利用现代技术手段提升档案工作科学化与信息化水平。
