从辽宁省法库市奥斯达菌业有限公司患褐斑病的金针菇病灶上分离筛选得到4个细菌菌株,采用回接感染实验法证明细菌05Y和05N两个菌株可不同程度地导致金针菇褐斑病的发生。通过光电比浊计数法测定不同浓度的克菌对金针菇褐斑病病原菌生长的影响,结果表明:克菌在浓度为0.75‰时的抑菌活性最佳。
Four bacterial strains were isolated and screened from the brown spot of Flammulina velutipes lesion in Ao Sida Co., Ltd., Faku, Liaoning Province. The indirect-inoculation method was used to confirm that the two bacterial strains 05Y and 05N could cause different effects of Flammulina velutipes Occurrence of spot disease. The effects of different concentrations of gibberellin on the growth of pathogen of the brown spot of Flammulina velutipes were determined by photoelectric turbidimetric counting method. The results showed that the antibacterial activity of Corynebacterium was best at the concentration of 0.75 ‰.
