辅导老师:耿俊龙作为江苏省盐城市第二小学德育主任,《小号手报》辅导老师,我组织编辑部成员进行“红领巾寻访”活动,深入一线采访体验;带领队员和中队辅导员与新疆察布查尔第二小学开展手拉手活动,并赴新疆参与支教;研究新时期少年儿童素质教育的新要求,以少年儿童健康成长为出发点和落脚点,通过各式各样的少先队活动,引导队员们积极践行社会主义核心价值观,人人争当好队员。
