许多大跨度桥梁在预应力张拉过程中发现结构实际效应难以达到理论预期效果。通过对大量桥梁摩擦损失的实测结果的统计分析,指出摩擦损失过大可能是导致以上现象发生的主要原因。随后从现有的摩擦损失计算模型出发,通过理论与实测数据的分析,指出:现有摩擦损失与索长的非线性关系、计算中忽略平弯角以及应力状态影响等是导致长索摩擦损失理论值经常小于实测值的主要原因。最后,提出了摩擦损失计算的改进建议。
Many long-span bridges found that the actual effect of the structure in the process of prestressed tension is difficult to achieve the desired effect. Through the statistical analysis of measured results of a large number of bridge friction losses, it is pointed out that excessive friction loss may be the main reason for the above phenomenon. Then, based on the existing model of friction loss calculation, the theoretical and experimental data are analyzed. It is pointed out that the nonlinear relationship between the existing friction loss and cable length, the neglect of the flat corner and the influence of the stress state in calculation result in the friction loss of the long cable The theoretical value is often less than the main reason for the measured value. Finally, some suggestions for improving friction loss calculation are proposed.
