随着改革开放以来我国企业管理制度的发展与完善,“企业文化”已经成为一个企业精神食粮,如何继承和发扬好我国两千年来的优秀文化成为每个中华儿女的责任。本文从企业人力资源管理的角度分析传统文化对企业发展的重要性。
With the development and improvement of China’s enterprise management system since the reform and opening up, “corporate culture ” has become a spiritual food for the enterprise. How to inherit and carry forward the excellent culture of our country for two thousand years has become the responsibility of every sons and daughters of China. This paper analyzes the importance of traditional culture to the development of enterprises from the perspective of human resources management.
