“打黑除恶”专项斗争开展以来,安徽省各级公安机关在党委、政府的领导下,在相关部门全力配合和广大人民群众的大力支持下,充分发挥职能作用,摧毁各类黑恶势力团伙533个,抓获犯罪嫌疑人2817人,侦破黑恶案件5196起,从根本上扭转了一些地方黑恶势力危害一方的局面。黑恶势力犯罪的基本特点安徽省是地处内陆、经济欠发达的农业大省,城镇化水平较低,个体、私营经济发展相对滞后,黑社会性质组织在安徽省还处于初级阶段,但恶势力在各地都不同程度地存在,有的活动比较猖獗,并逐渐向带有黑社会性质组织演变,有的已发展成为黑社会性质的犯罪组织。
