针对麦草高得率制浆废液中有机物的活泼性羟基等进行季铵化改性,并对改性条件(如pH、醚化剂用量、时间、温度及改性产物的浆内添加量)进行了正交实验,考察应用于OCC废纸浆浆内添加后成纸的物理性能,探究改性产物的颗粒电荷需求量及对细小纤维首程留着率的影响。结果显示,季铵化改性的最佳工艺条件为:pH11,醚化剂用量30%(对绝干废液固含量),反应时间2h,温度70℃;当改性产物浆内添加量提高到12%时,成纸的各项物理强度性能均有明显的增强,且对提高浆料的细小纤维留着率有着积极的作用。
Aiming at the active hydroxyl of organics in the high yielding pulping wastewater of wheat straw, quaternization modification was carried out, and the modification conditions (such as pH, dosage of etherifying agent, time, temperature and slurry addition) The orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate the physical properties of the paper which was applied to the OCC waste paper pulp and to investigate the influence of the particle charge demand and the retention of the first pass of the fine fibers. The results showed that the optimal conditions of quaternary ammonium modification were as follows: pH11, the amount of etherifying agent 30% (solid content of waste water), the reaction time 2h, the temperature 70 ℃; To 12%, the physical properties of paper into a significant increase in performance, and to improve the retention of small fibers pulp has a positive effect.
