The occurrence of gastric cancer is a multi-gene, multi-step, multi-stage complex process. By studying the biological characteristics of Livin, caspase-9, p53, the mechanism of action and the relationship with gastric cancer, the mechanism of Livin, caspase-9 and p53 in gastric carcinogenesis was explored. The expression of Livin in gastric cancer tissue was negatively correlated with the expression of caspase-9, but positively correlated with p53, which suggested that the mutation of p53 gene in tumor suppressor gene and Caspases-9 protein could inhibit the caspase-9 activation and induce cell apoptosis, Livin up-regulates or down-regulates the mechanism of Livin’s anti-apoptosis in gastric cancer and may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. Therefore, the study of the relationship between Livin and caspase-9, p53 provides a new target for the early diagnosis of cancer, gene therapy and cell therapy for the detection and treatment of gastric cancer provide a scientific basis.
