Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) is an important regulator of cell growth. HIF-1 affects the pathophysiology of the human body by participating in the regulation of cell metabolism, affecting cell activation, proliferation and differentiation. In the human immune system, a variety of immune cells play an important role in protecting the body and maintaining immune homeostasis. HIF-1 regulates immune-related gene expression in the immune system by regulating metabolic gene expression, participating in T lymphocytes, dendrites Differentiation and development of somatic cells (DCs) and macrophages affect the occurrence and development of immune-inflammation-related diseases. We mainly summarize the characteristics of HIF-1, the expression in related immune cells, the relationship with autoimmune diseases and the related molecular mechanisms.
