利用双波纹管差压计或电子电位差计来计量管道中的乙炔流量。往往因断续生产所带来的某些问题,而给流量计量工作造成困难。我们采用成套气动仪表,较好地解决了这一问题。乙炔气在管道中流动时,一般允许压力在0.5~0.8kgf/cm~2之间波动,压力低于0.5kgf/cm~2时,要求启泵加压,到达0.8kgf/cm~2后停泵。此时,如果用户不用气,压力将保持不变,流量消失,直到再有用量时为止。因此,乙炔气的生产是随着用户的耗量断续进行的。这给计量工作带来麻烦。因为每逢启泵时,流量孔板前后的瞬时压差往往远远超出设计值
