在对实时监测与数据集成方法进行研究的基础上,开发了可用于跨地域的热电联产机组集中监测实时系统。通过实时监测模型的简化,设计了硬接线采集终端和分散控制系统(DCS)数据接口的数据采集方案,实现了基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)技术的多路远程传输。针对性的软硬件设计措施保证了系统的安全可靠性和数据传输的实时准确性。基于轻量化软件设计方法,开发完成了Java2平台企业版(J2EE)上的主站系统。实际应用表明系统运行满足安全、稳定、连续、高效等要求,可用于跨地域热电企业的实时监测。
Based on the research of real-time monitoring and data integration methods, a real-time system for centralized monitoring of co-generation units across geographies was developed. Through the simplification of real-time monitoring model, a data acquisition scheme of hard-wired acquisition terminal and distributed control system (DCS) data interface is designed and a multi-path remote transmission based on General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) technology is realized. Targeted hardware and software design measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the system and real-time data transmission accuracy. Based on the lightweight software design method, the development and implementation of the Java2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) on the master system. The practical application shows that the system operation meets the requirements of safety, stability, continuity and efficiency, and can be used for real-time monitoring of enterprises across regions.
