目的 提高对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT诊断水平。方法 抽取1994~1997年经CT诊断为缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的CT片,进行分析并总结。结果 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT表现为脑实质内弥漫性低密度影,重者出现“CT反转征”,往往伴有蛛网膜下腔出血。结论 CT能及时准确地诊断缺氧缺血性脑病,并对临床治疗和预后评估有重要参考价值。
Objective To improve the CT diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods CT images of children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy diagnosed from 1994 to 1997 were collected and analyzed. Results The CT manifestations of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in neonates were diffuse low-density intracranial parenchyma. In severe cases, “CT reversal sign” appeared, often accompanied by subarachnoid hemorrhage. Conclusion CT can diagnose hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy timely and accurately, and it has important reference value for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
