护理职业技能大赛是检测护理专业学生实践能力的有效途径,有利于展示护理专业建设和改革的成果,可为护理专业学生提供开拓视野、展示才华、提高技能和交流经验的平台。本文主要从技能大赛的承办和开展方面,探讨更适于高职高专护理专业学生发展的教学方式、方法,旨在深化教育教学改革,提高护理人才培养质量。
Nursing occupational skill contest is an effective way to detect practical ability of nursing students, which is good for demonstrating the achievements of nursing specialty construction and reform. It can provide nursing students with a platform to broaden their horizons, show their talents, improve their skills and exchange experiences. This article mainly discusses the teaching methods and methods that are more suitable for the development of nursing students in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of undertaking and carrying out skills competitions, and aims to deepen the reform of education and teaching and improve the quality of nurses.
