社区食物环境是影响居民食物消费和营养健康的重要因素,主要包括食物零售环境和餐馆环境。目前社区食物环境的相关研究主要集中在发达国家,我国在此领域的研究较少。本文主要从社区食物环境对膳食摄入和超重肥胖的影响等方面,对社区食物环境的研究进展进行系统论述。
The food environment of the community is an important factor affecting the food consumption and nutritional health of residents, mainly including the food retail environment and the restaurant environment. At present, the researches on the food environment in the community mainly focus on the developed countries, and there are few researches in this field in our country. This article mainly discusses the research progress of community food environment from the aspects of the impact of community food environment on dietary intake and overweight and obesity.
