在对研究型医院概念分析的基础上,阐述了医学与人文交融的重要意义,认为医学与人文交融有助于医务人员树立正确的价值观,有助于形成强大的工作能力,有助于构建良好的同事关系和医患关系。本文认为研究型医院学科的发展必须符合现代医学模式的要求和满足现代人的健康需求,这必然促进医学与人文的交融。本文最后介绍了同济医院重视医学与人文的交融在学科发展中取得的成绩。
Based on the analysis of the concept of research hospital, this paper expounds the importance of the integration of medicine and humanity. It holds that the integration of medicine and humanity helps medical staff to establish correct values, contribute to the formation of strong working ability and help to build well Colleagues relationship and doctor-patient relationship. This paper argues that the development of research hospital discipline must meet the requirements of modern medical model and meet the health needs of modern people, which inevitably promote the integration of medicine and humanities. At the end of this article, Tongji Hospital introduced the achievements made by Tongji Hospital in the development of disciplines, focusing on the integration of medical and humanities.
