目的了解上海市医用X射线影像诊断机的影像质量控制现状,确保公众医疗安全。方法按照国家现行卫生行业标准的有关内容进行检测和评价,并进行统计学分析。结果 116台医用X射线影像诊断机质量控制检测总体合格率为81.03%,其中普通透视机的合格率最高,为100%;其次为数字摄影机和数字胃肠机,合格率分别为85.71%和87.50%;合格率最低的是普通摄影机,仅为50%,明显低于数字摄影机(χ~2=9.506,P=0.001)及数字胃肠机(χ~2=5.625,P=0.018)。结论上海市医用X射线影像诊断机总体运行状况良好,但仍需加强影像质量控制检测和管理,以保护受检者的安全与健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of image quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic imaging machine in Shanghai and to ensure public health safety. Methods According to the national health industry standards related to the content of testing and evaluation, and statistical analysis. Results The overall pass rate of quality control test of 116 sets of medical X-ray diagnostic imaging machine was 81.03%, of which the pass rate of ordinary fluoroscopy machine was the highest, which was 100%; followed by digital camera and digital gastrointestinal machine with the pass rates of 85.71% and 87.50 %; The lowest pass rate is the average camera, only 50%, significantly lower than the digital camera (χ ~ 2 = 9.506, P = 0.001) and digital gastrointestinal machine (χ ~ 2 = 5.625, P = 0.018). Conclusion The medical X-ray diagnostic imaging machine in Shanghai is generally in good condition. However, it is still necessary to strengthen the detection and management of image quality control in order to protect the safety and health of the subjects.
