Blunt abdominal trauma is the most common cause of bladder injury. Damage often involves many organs, urologists occupy an important position in the treatment group. The assessment of intraperitoneal organ damage is sometimes not easy to correct, because signs or tests are not absolute and reliable, with head and pelvic injuries or alcohol abuse is even more difficult.
