国家统计局11月11日发布数据显示,10月份中国居民消费价格总水平(CPI)同比上涨4.0%,涨幅比上月回落0.6个百分点。

National Bureau of Statistics released on November 11 data show that in October the Chinese consumer price index (CPI) rose 4.0%, an increase of 0.6 percentage points from the previous month down 0.6 percentage points.
