目的了解高唐县死亡原因监测网络系统报告质量,并进行分析评价。方法收集2012年死亡原因网络直报死亡信息,利用诊断依据、报告及时率、根本死因确定和编码错误率等指标进行评价。结果全县的死亡病例报告率为99.99%,审核率为100.00%,审核及时率为100.00%。医疗机构网络报告的死亡病例占居民死亡总数的96.63%,县级以上医疗机构报告死亡病例数占死亡总数的92.77%,临床、理化和临床诊断的比例占95.68%,死因编码正确率达99.64%,报告及时率为86.31%。结论 2012年死亡病例网络报告系统报告质量较好,医疗机构报告及时性有待提高。
Objective To understand the quality of the reporting system of the network of death causes in Gaotang County and analyze and evaluate it. Methods The data of deaths from direct internet deaths collected in 2012 were collected and evaluated using diagnostic criteria, timely reporting rate, determination of the cause of death and coding error rate. Results The reported rate of deaths in the county was 99.99%, the rate of examination was 100.00% and the rate of timely examination was 100.00%. Medical institutions network reported deaths accounted for 96.63% of the total number of deaths, the number of deaths reported by medical institutions above the county level accounted for 92.77% of the total deaths, clinical, physicochemical and clinical diagnosis accounted for 95.68%, the cause of death coding accuracy rate of 99.64% , The report promptly rate was 86.31%. Conclusion The quality of the 2012 network of death cases reporting system is good, and the timeliness of medical institutions reporting needs to be improved.
