1 工程概况山西垣曲境内的北赵公路是小浪底移民工程之一,为三级公路,总长12.3km。沿途共有6座桥梁,桥宽8m,桥梁设计载荷为汽-20、挂-100。各桥均采用20m跨长、宽0.99m、高0.75m的预应力(先张法)空心梁板,部分预应力空心板在预制过程中出现裂缝现象。经业主、监理工程师批准,河南省四达工程技术有限公司,短短40天共修复预制梁94片,其中粘贴钢板210.38m,收到了很好的效果。2 技术方案实施过程2.1 修复裂缝的措施对于轻微裂缝,由于其不影响承载力,可采用涂刷环氧腻子的方法进行封闭
1 Project Overview Bei Zhao Road in Yuanqu, Shanxi is one of Xiaolangdi resettlement projects. It is a Grade III highway with a total length of 12.3km. A total of six bridges along the way, the bridge width of 8m, the bridge design load of steam -20, hanging -100. The bridges are all prefabricated (pretensioned) hollow beams with a length of 20m, a width of 0.99m and a height of 0.75m.
