随着经济竞争日益激烈,中国的企业面临前所未有的挑战。企业未来的效益很大一部分依靠人力资本,因此,为了保证企业在全球经济体中的竞争力,企业必须吸引、留住优秀人才,充分发挥员工潜能。在这种背景下,我国企业必须建立一套有效的激励约束机制,提高内部人力资源利用率。本文以农产品为例对股权激励的相关问题进行了分析,首先分析了其本质和目的,并阐述了实施股权激励的作用机制,其次研究了农产品采取股权激励政策的现状和存在的问题,并尝试性的提出了解决措施,希望能够对农产品的发展有一定的帮助。
With the increasingly fierce economic competition, Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises in the global economy, enterprises must attract and retain talented people and give full play to their potential. In this context, Chinese enterprises must establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanism to improve the utilization of internal human resources. This article takes the agricultural products as an example to analyze the related issues of the equity incentive. First of all, it analyzes its essence and purpose, and expounds the mechanism of implementing the equity incentive. Secondly, it studies the current situation and existing problems of the equity incentive policy of agricultural products, Sexual Proposed solutions to the problem, hoping to have some help on the development of agricultural products.
