随着事业单位改革的不断深入,事业单位人事管理、思想政治工作中都出现了许多新情况、新问题。思想骨干是事业单位教育管理的重要力量,许多思想骨干虽然职位不高,但是许多人都具有较强的使命感和责任心,并且,他们与基层职工朝夕相处,较为了解职工思想动态。因此,如何加强思想骨干工作队伍建设,如何发挥思想骨干在事业单位中的作用,也成为事业单位思想政治工作关注的焦点。如何发挥思想骨干在事业单位中的作用,笔者认为要从以下几点做起:
With the deepening reform of public institutions, many new situations and new problems have emerged in the personnel administration and ideological and political work of public institutions. The backbone of thinking is an important force in educational management of public institutions. Although many positions in the ideological backbone are not high, many people have a strong sense of mission and responsibility. Moreover, they are better acquainted with the ideological trends of staff and workers with grassroots workers. Therefore, how to strengthen the construction of contingent of ideological cadres and how to give play to the role of ideological backbone in public institutions has also become the focus of ideological and political work in public institutions. How to play the role of ideological backbone in the institutions, I think from the following points to start:
