为了践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,党必须随着社会的发展而调整自身的战略。本文正是沿着党的发展战略这条主线,试图厘清执政党发展战略的调整与干群矛盾化解之间的关系。从社会演进过程中的波浪式发展规律着眼,重新认识“部分先富”战略;结合当前社会发展不均衡的特征,论证执政党发展战略与执政理念向“共同富裕”方向微调,旨在化解干群矛盾,缓解社会发展的不均衡性。
In order to practice the principle of serving the people wholeheartedly, the party must adjust its own strategy as society develops. This article is precisely along the main line of the party’s development strategy, trying to clarify the relationship between the adjustment of the ruling party’s development strategy and resolving the contradiction between cadres and the masses. From the perspective of the wave development law in the process of social evolution, we should re-understand the strategy of “getting rich first”; in light of the current unbalanced social development, demonstrate that the ruling party’s development strategy and ruling philosophy should be fine-tuned toward the “common prosperity” Aimed at resolving the contradictions between cadres and the masses and alleviating the imbalance in social development.
