中小学精细化管理的特点主要体现在规范化、系统化、流程化、数据化和信息化等方面。在中小学实行精细化管理,能够实现教育管理机制的构建,坚持以人为本的原则,实现教育工作的流程化管理和系统化管理,进而完善标准化和数据化等各项管理机制。
The characteristics of the fine management of primary and secondary schools are mainly reflected in the aspects of standardization, systematization, processization, dataization and informationization. Implementing meticulous management in primary and secondary schools can bring about the construction of an education management mechanism, adhere to the principle of putting people first, and realize the process management and systematic management of educational work so as to perfect various management mechanisms such as standardization and dataization.
