医师多点执业推广多年来未得到医师的积极响应,新一轮的医改政策对此提出了愈发迫切的要求,因此探求医师多点执业的影响因素具有现实意义。已有的关于医师多点执业选择影响因素的研究多局限于定性分析,而少的数实证研究又缺乏经济学模型的支撑。本文在运用静态和动态劳动经济学模型找到影响医师多点执业的主要因素的基础之上,通过实证研究对找到的影响因素加以验证。结果显示,流动成本、职业性人力资本投资偏好以及工作时间这三类因素对医师的多点执业选择有显著的影响。
The multi-point practice of physicians has not received positive response from physicians over the years. A new round of medical reform policies has put forward more and more urgent requirements on this issue. Therefore, it is of practical significance to explore the influential factors of multi-point practice of physicians. The existing researches on the influencing factors of physician multi-point practice are mostly confined to qualitative analysis, while few empirical researches lack the support of economic models. Based on the use of static and dynamic labor economics models to find the main factors that affect the physicians’ multi-point practice, this study verifies the founding factors through empirical research. The results show that the three types of factors, the current cost, the investment preference of professional human capital and the working time, have a significant impact on the choice of physician’s multi-point practice.
