管理压倒教育,这在我们周围司空见惯,然而教育与管理并不是一回事,笔者认为管理是为教育服务的,尤其在职业中专工作,大多数学生是双差生,笔者没有把学生看成被管理者,动之以情,晓之以理,因人而异,因材施教,对症下药,善于运用表扬与批评的艺术,用爱心和责任感去激励、引导他们,使学生“真心”回归,将“情”、“理”、“严”运用到教育转化中,擅长做学生心理工作,让学生走出自卑误区。
