研究高损伤容限型铝合金薄板的最终冷轧和退火工艺对其晶粒的影响,为通过最终冷轧和退化工艺的最佳配合,使高损伤容限型铝合金薄板获得细晶组织奠定基础。结果表明高损伤容限型铝合金在轧制到2.2mm和1.6mm厚成品薄板之前冷轧变形量较大时成品薄板固溶处理淬火后具有较细的晶粒,同时有利于板材固溶淬火时效后强度的提高。
The effect of the final cold rolling and annealing process on the grain of the high damage tolerance aluminum alloy sheet is studied. The fine grain structure of the high damage tolerance aluminum alloy sheet is obtained by the best combination of final cold rolling and degenerate process basis.
