为了实现矿井煤尘爆炸的预报和预警,以光电二极管为光源,采用窄光束透射技术设计了一基于消光统计法煤尘粒度和浓度的实时在线检测系统。建立了消光统计法的煤尘测试模型,推导了消光统计法的测试方程,并设计了测试系统的实验装置和信号采集电路。最后分别采用0.05、0.24、0.72、1 mm 4种直径厚度光束分别进行了煤尘测量实验。实验结果表明,选择240μm厚度光束测量粒径的标准差为7.6%,可以满足对煤尘颗粒浓度和粒度的实时在线检测,验证了该系统的实用性和可行性。
In order to realize the prediction and warning of coal dust explosion in mine, a real-time on-line detection system of particle size and concentration of coal dust based on extinction statistics was designed by using narrow beam transmission technology with photodiode as light source. The coal dust test model of extinction statistical method was established, the test equation of extinction statistical method was deduced, and the experimental device and signal acquisition circuit of the test system were designed. Finally, the experiments of coal dust were carried out using four kinds of light beams with diameters of 0.05, 0.24, 0.72 and 1 mm respectively. The experimental results show that the standard deviation of the particle size of the selected 240μm thickness beam is 7.6%, which can meet the real-time on-line detection of the particle concentration and particle size of coal dust particles. The practicability and feasibility of the system are verified.
