目的了解广西区直属医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,以便改善医院的消毒质量和加强医院感染控制。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对自治区直属医疗机构消毒灭菌效果进行监测。结果 2009-2011年共监测样品3 376份,合格3 226份,消毒效果监测总合格率为95.6%。各年度监测合格率分别为94.3%、94.9%、97.5%。各监测项目中使用中消毒液和灭菌器的合格率最高,为100.0%;医护人员手合格率最低,为90.1%,其次是室内空气,为93.5%。结论广西区直属医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但室内空气和医护人员手合格率偏低,仍需加强对消毒重点环节的监督与监测。
Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions directly under Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in order to improve the quality of hospital disinfection and to strengthen the control of hospital infection. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and laboratory testing were used to monitor the disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions directly under the autonomous region. Results A total of 3 376 samples were tested during 2009-2011, 3 226 were qualified. The total qualified rate of disinfection monitoring was 95.6%. The annual monitoring rate was 94.3%, 94.9% and 97.5% respectively. The highest pass rate of disinfectant and sterilizer used in each monitoring project was 100.0%. The lowest pass rate of medical staff was 90.1%, followed by indoor air at 93.5%. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions directly under Guangxi is generally good, but the passing rate of indoor air and medical staffs is still low. Supervision and monitoring of the key links of disinfection should still be strengthened.
