外聘教师是职业教育发展的必然要求,也是高职院校教师队伍不可缺少的组成部分。而当今很多外聘教师在聘用过程中不守承诺,言而无信,工作缺乏责任心,敷衍了事,严重影响了高职院校的常规教学工作。本文主要针对高职院校外聘教师诚信缺失的现象,分析了造成他们失信的主要原因,最后从制度建设、加强监管、构建培训机制与建立激励机制等四个方面提出了加强外聘教师的诚信建设的对策建议。
External teachers are the inevitable requirements of the development of vocational education, but also an integral part of the ranks of teachers in higher vocational colleges. However, many of today’s externally employed teachers fail to keep their promises in the hiring process. They say without words, lack of sense of responsibility and perfunctory work, seriously affecting routine teaching in higher vocational colleges. This article mainly focuses on the lack of integrity of external teachers in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the main reasons that cause them to lose their trust, and finally puts forward suggestions to strengthen external teachers from four aspects: system construction, strengthening supervision, building training mechanism and establishing incentive mechanism Countermeasures of Integrity Construction.
