当今社会资本市场的快速发展,证券监管成为金融监管的重要组成部分,而伴随着中国证券市场与国际市场联系性的加强,我国证券市场的国际化已成为必然趋势,这就使得对证券监管的要求越来越高。本文首先对我国的证券市场监管体制进行概述,再对其存在的问题和问题出现的原因加以分析,最后借鉴英国的监管模式对我国证券市场监管体制改革提出自己的建议。
