上世纪60年代中期,美国军用飞机曾频频进入我国南方地区,进行侦察侵扰。我空军部队对来犯美机给予了沉重打击。从1964年8月到1969年,我空军部队共击落美国入侵战术战斗机21架,另外还有国民党空军窜犯大陆飞机3架,取得了辉煌战绩。这是自抗美援朝后,我空军与美国空军又—次大的对决。
In the mid-1960s, U.S. military aircraft frequently entered southern China to carry out reconnaissance and intrusions. My air force gave a heavy blow to the U.S. plane. From August 1964 to 1969, my air force units shot down a total of 21 U.S. invasion tactical fighters. In addition, there were also three Kuomintang (PLA) airmen who invaded mainland China and made brilliant achievements. This is the second confrontation between the Air Force and the U.S. Air Force since the U.S.-Korea aid.
